Zinhle Matsebula
Ms Matsebula is a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive with a proven track record of successfully setting up and running profitable businesses.
She is the Executive Director of Cerium Scientific, an innovative pharmaceutical company, a shareholder of Lifespan Diagnostics, a leading medical diagnostic laboratory in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Furthermore, Cerium Scientific has launched a branch in South Africa, based in Midrand. She is also the founder of Asavela Investments, which is an investment holding entity with interests in construction and property development. She serves on the Board of Business Women Eswatini, chairperson of the Trade Forum Southern Africa, member of Eswatini Labour Forum, and also member of a number of national committees in Eswatini.
Zinhle possesses a BPharm from Rhodes University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine plus a Master of Science from Stellenbosch University. She also holds Certificates in Mathematical Modelling for Infectious Diseases and Financial Management both from the University of Cape Town as well as Certificates in Business & Systems Analysis and Risk Management from the University of Stellenbosch.
Nontokozo Davidson
Lead Independent Director/Independent Non-Executive Director, also serves in the company’s Audit & Risk Committee as a member
Nontokozo currently works for the United Nations World Food Programme as Finance Officer/Head of Resource Management where she is accountable for overseeing financial & resource management of the Eswatini Country Office (CO) as well as risk management and compliance. Has previously worked for First National Bank as Accountant and as an Auditor with KPMG Swaziland. Nontokozo also serves in the Eswatini United Nations Operations Management Team as Head of the Finance Working Group. She has previously served in the Anti-Money Laundering/Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Appeals Tribunal.
A Chartered Accountant (SA) and a Development Finance Practitioner (M.Com-Development Finance from the University of Cape Town), she also possesses Post Graduate Diplomas in Applied Accounting Science, Accounting Science, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting Science all from the University of South Africa, as well as a B.Com Accounting Degree and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Eswatini. In addition, Nontokozo has a Management Development Programme Certificate from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and an Assessment of Professional Competence Certificate from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Lungile Nxumalo
Independent Non-Executive Director, also serves as in company’s Remuneration and Nominations Committee as Chairman.
She currently works for the Eswatini Posts and telecommunications Corporation as Chief Financial Officer.
Lungile is currently a shareholder and Managing Director of Super Life Sprint (water bottling company) and Walnut (car rental and leasing company). She spent a considerable amount of her working career at MTN Eswatini, starting off as Management Accountant, then Financial Accountant, then as Finance Manager. Lungile was then appointed Chief Financial Officer for MTN Liberia for about 3 years and then was transferred back to MTN Eswatini also as Chief Financial Officer, a role she occupied for about 10 years until her departure in 2022 to pursue her private business. She previously worked for Coca Cola Eswatini as Treasury Analyst and Financial Analyst as well as for the Eswatini Dairy Board as a Senior Accountant.
She is a seasoned and accomplished executive with 30 years – experience in operating at strategic and operational levels and has a proven track record in leading and managing successful and efficient teams. Lungile possesses an MSc in Leadership & Change Management from the Leeds Metropolitan University and a B.Com Accounting degree from the University of Eswatini.
Musa Hlatshwayo
Independent Non-Executive Director, also serves in the company’s Risk and Audit Committee as a member.
Musa has served in various critical roles at Lubane Savings & Credit Co-operative Society (Financial Analyst and then General Manager), A-Cubed Management Consultants SA (Consultant), Ndallahwa and Company Chartered Accountants (Audit & Consultancy Manager), Ezulwini Reinsurance Company Limited (as Acting General Manager on secondment from the Public Service Pensions Fund), then back to the Public Service Pension Fund (Investments Monitoring Manager).
He serves in the Boards of the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, the Swaziland Empowerment Limited and the Revenue Appeals Tribunal and has previously served in the Boards of Bhunu Mall Partnership and New Mall (Pty) Limited.
Musa is a Chartered Accountant (SD) and holds an MSc Degree in Strategic Business Management from Manchester University, a Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA), an AAT (UK) Level IV as well as a Management Development Programme from the University of Stellenbosch. He is also a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a Member of the Association of Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA – USA).
Ndumiso Mamba
Non-Executive Director, also a member of the company’s Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Served Eswatini Government as Crown Counsel with the Director of Public Prosecutions and also served Tibiyo Taka Ngwane as Legal Adviser & Board Secretary. Became General Manager Administration and eventually Managing Director of Tibiyo Taka Ngwane. Also served as His Majesty’s Appointee in the Board of Royal Trustees at the Kings Office as well as on the Council of the University of Swaziland.
In addition, Ndumiso has served as Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs. Has also served in numerous Boards in the Kingdom of Eswatini, namely, Chairman of RES, Inyatsi Construction, Tibiyo Leisure Resorts T/A Royal Villas, Nedbank Swaziland, Dalcrue Agricultural Company, Tibiyo Properties, Dvokolwayo Diamond Mine, Maloma Colliery, United Holdings, EmaSwati Colliery (Mpaka), Ubombo (Illovo) Sugar. He currently serves in the Board of ESW Investment Group. He is a Church Elder and Chairman of Checkers Community Church.
Ndumiso has an BA Law (Hons) from the University of North London and an LLM (Hons) from the University of London (SOAS).
Bonginkosi Max Mkhonza

Max lectures part-time Diploma and degree programmes at the Institute of Development Management (Eswatini).
Has over 31 years’ experience in strategy implementation, business turnaround, human resource (HR) management, and project management. Max has worked in a variety of industries mainly in senior management positions both in Eswatini and RSA, namely, Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accidents Fund (as Acting CEO and Corporate Executive), X-Factored Human Consultants (Consultant), Royal Eswatini Sugar (as Group HR Manager), Eswatini Electricity Company (GM Corporate Services), Sappi Usutu and Sappi Stanger KZN (Human Resources Manager), Natex Swaziland (Human Resources Manager), Eswatini Posts & Telecommunications Corporation (GM Human Resources, Project Manager), Cilo Consulting (Consultant), Usutu Pulp Company Limited (Senior Personnel Officer, Personnel Officer, Production Training Instructor)
He has served in various corporate boards namely; Stanlib Eswatini where he was an Independent Non-Executive Director/member of the Risk & Audit Committee; Letshego Swaziland (Pty) Limited where he was Independent Non-Executive Director/Chairman of the Board, United Holding Limited where he was an Independent Non-Executive Director/Chairman of the Remunerations & Nominations Committee, Board Member at the Eswatini National Provident Fund, IVTB Board Member and Part-Time Commissioner at CMAC. He currently serves in the Board of the Women & Children’s Hospital.
Max holds a Masters in Commerce (Leadership Studies) and an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management – both from the University of KwaZulu Natal, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences majoring in Public Administration and Sociology from the University of Eswatini and a Diploma in Human Resources Management (Damelin). He is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa and a founder member of the Leadership Development Forum Eswatini.
