Bonginkosi Max Mkhonza
Managing Director/Executive Director, also a member of the Company’s Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Has over 31 years’ experience in strategy implementation, business turnaround, human resource (HR) management, and project management. Max has worked in a variety of industries mainly in senior management positions both in Eswatini and RSA, namely, Sincephetelo Motor Vehicle Accidents Fund (as Acting CEO and Corporate Executive), X-Factored Human Consultants (Consultant), Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation (as Group HR Manager), Eswatini Electricity Company (GM Corporate Services), Sappi Usutu and Sappi Stanger KZN (Human Resources Manager), Natex Swaziland (Human Resources Manager), Eswatini Posts & Telecommunications Corporation (GM Human Resources, Project Manager), Cilo Consulting (Consultant) and Usutu Pulp Company Limited (Senior Personnel Officer, Personnel Officer, Production Training Instructor)
He has served in various corporate boards namely; Stanlib Eswatini where he was an Independent Non-Executive Director/Member of the Risk & Audit Committee; Letshego Swaziland (Pty) Limited where he was Independent Non-Executive Director/Chairman of the Board, United Holding Limited where he was an Independent Non-Executive Director/Chairman of the Remunerations & Nominations Committee, Board Member at the Eswatini National Provident Fund, IVTB Board Member and Part-Time Commissioner at CMAC. He currently serves in the Board of the Women & Children’s Hospital.
Max holds a Masters in Commerce (Leadership Studies) and an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management – both from the University of KwaZulu Natal, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences majoring in Public Administration and Sociology from the University of Eswatini and a Diploma in Human Resources Management (Damelin). He is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa and a founder member of the Leadership Development Forum Eswatini.
Buhle Comfort Madonsela
Buhle is a Registered Accountant with Eswatini Institute of Accountants. He is a Financial Accountants Fellow/Certified Account (IFC Canada) and holds a BCom from UNESWA.
Buhle is currently studying towards an MBA Finance with UNESWA. He completed training in Financial Modelling and Certified Banking & Credit with the Corporate Finance Institute.
He has worked for T&S Enterprises, Nedbank Eswatini as well as GetBucks as an Accountant. currently serves as the Chief Financial officer of Getbucks.
Holds an MBA (Investment and Portfolio Management), MSc in Public Procurement Management for Sustainable Development and Bachelor of Education in Commerce.
Has management experience spanning over 16 years, part of which was gained in a youth lending function in the Republic of South Africa. His work experience in Microfinance includes being the CEO, Operations Manager, Loan Portfolio Manager and Business Credit Officer. He was previously CEO of Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
He is a fellow with the Chartered Institute of Customer Management.
A resolute auditing and accounting professional with over 6 years’ experience. She has a mature approach to tasks, which entails a multitude of analytical and people skills with a practical engagement to problem solving.
Dine has served one of the top audit firms in the Kingdom of Eswatini across numerous industries leveraging on field expertise, resourcefulness, and diligence to make a positive impact. A seasoned volunteer in initiatives that align with her personal and employer’s business priorities and community initiatives.
She holds a BCom (Accounting) – UNESWA, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting Science and A Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Science both from University of South Africa.
An experienced sales executive with a strong commercial acumen, understanding of micro- finance, banking, sales, communications, customer relations, marketing, corporate strategy, and finance.
Thulani has worked in a variety of entities in financial services mainly in senior management positions in Eswatini namely Swaziland Building Society (Assistant: Head Distribution Channels), Select Limited (Head: Sales and Marketing), Letshego Eswatini (Head: Sales and Marketing)
Dlamini has demonstrated the ability to lead Sales and Marketing to new levels in the Financial Services sector.
An outstanding negotiator with demonstrated ability to sell ideas, concepts, and programs. He has solid experience in leveraging leading edge-media to produce unprecedented results. Proven ability to successfully analyse critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities.
Currently an MBA candidate with Regent Business School and holds certificates in Accounting and Finance and Sales and Marketing
Also has a high capacity of developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer offerings.
Banele is a legal graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Laws (BA Law) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Pretoria. He has recently completed a certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town.
He has keen interest in compliance issues.
He worked for Instacash and prior to that served as a Tax Graduate Trainee with SNG-Grant Thornton.
He holds a Bachelor of commerce accounting & finance degree and diploma in commerce.
Thokozani has vast experience in the credit department, having worked for FNB Eswatini. He is currently the Head of Credit for GetBucks Eswatini.
Thokozani is able to analyze credit data to estimate the degree of risk in extending credit. He delivers credit service that exceeds expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
